@Hazellius Hi, I don't accept random friend requests so I'll answer your question right here. The level is 4-3, All In! that can be beaten in 35 moves. The trick is to enter a ring when another ring is blocked by ice which is helpful when you're freeing the blue orb in the middle .
It was actually not quite my discovery so hopefully no credits for me in your guide. I've also heard about someone having beaten this score but I have no idea about that as well. Hope this helps
