Who he is, nobody knows. Where he's from, nobody cares. He is only known as "The Jazzman", and his motives are unclear. He is instantly recognizable by his distinctive outfit, particularly his gloves and hat. Those same gloves play a large role in his mysterious power of the "Jazzhands", which are known to be able to cause potentially irreversable psychological damage. The hands know no rest, and their power only grows greater from the irritation they cause.

Many have tried to slay the Jazzman, but every time he rises again, still jazzing. Others have chosen to join the Jazzman in his various plots, curious as to how they can benefit from his special hands. These poor bastards don't know the wild ride they're in for (mostly because the Jazzman can't fly for shit). It is certain that wherever he takes them, it will involve destroying his mortal enemies the buses, and the bears.
