Our first title “The Void Rains Upon Her Heart” will be available February 14th, 2018 via Steam Early Access. The reason we chose Early Access is because we want community input into adding new power-up items and balancing the bosses. A console release is planned for after the game leaves Early Access.

“The Void Rains Upon Her Heart” (TVRUHH) is an addictive bullet-hell boss-rush game where you have to help a small alien girl by taking control of her heart and showing monsters how to love again by shooting them with love hearts.

TVRUHH takes inspiration from Kirby, Undertale, and Binding of Isaac. It's a good introduction to the bullet-hell genre for newcomers and also a tough challenge for experienced players alike, as the difficulty has a broad, selectable curve.

This game also feels very similar to Cuphead in the regard that there is no level to progress through to reach the boss and that this game also has it's very own unique art direction and style.

This game explores some very heavy topics such as anxiety, depression, and suicide. This game also contains scenes of non-sexual nudity.

In this announcement I would like to tell you more about the history of The Hidden Levels, our journey thus far, and our aims into the future beyond.

We started in August 2015 as a media outlet focused on streaming and creating YouTube videos to help promote video games for Xbox One and Steam. These videos and streams, which continue running to this day, give a lot of free publicity and attention to new developers and publishers who are striving to be noticed among the onslaught of game releases every month. With each piece of coverage we remain even-handed but outspoken, to make sure the audience and fans are fully informed about the good and the bad.

In 2016, we started to branch out into public relations, helping out smaller developers with marketing advice, distribution and support. We wanted to reach out to help new developers who are just as passionate and dedicated to gaming as us. We found ourselves in the crucial role of helping developers who had very little or even zero support in this behemoth of an industry.

Now, in 2018, we are actually publishing video games while supporting other developers and publishers in the industry, as that's truly where our passion lies. We have no competition, only role models, icons, and friends who we do our very best for. We want great things to happen to ourselves and all those around us.

We recently had a games conference where we showed lots of new gameplay, exclusive content, reveals, trailers and more! It was great fun and the three hours are very entertaining if you can stomach it all!

In this show you can expect to see lots of content from Square Enix, Warhorse Studios, KitFox Games, Green Man Gaming, Bethesda and more!

We have officially announced that we are now publishing games starting with the game Maiden City which you can see at the end of the show. We expect to release it Q4 2017 on Steam. It is also planned to be on Xbox, Nintendo and PlayStation sometime in 2018.
