Thanks for this tool. I finally set up 5 accounts following the guide to the letter, and they all work flawlessly.

"An easier way to idle". The only program that has "guilt" here is sandboxie and sandboxie is program that controlls applications and NOT JUST STEAM. I fail to see a problem here.
