valves steam deck rating did not say anything about save games as far as i know. it is just about games being playable

Well, it's mentioned on one page without explicitly talking about cross-platform saves:

Clouded Saves: For games that allow saving, we recommend enabling automatic clouding of saved games: users should be able to save their game on a Deck and resume on a different PC, and vice versa, without manually transferring files. This means that games should provide a form of cloud save via either Steam Cloud or an automatic third-party service such as a game- or publisher-specific account with server-side save files. We highly recommend using Steam Cloud for automatic transfers. We recommend against syncing game configuration settings, ie., display resolution, between different devices.

Again this kind of thing should affect Deck rating even if just as a warning label.

Actually i guess it could be a Deck-specific tag (only shown to Deck users) which gets automatically pulled from your configuration.

I just heard from Steam support that Dynamic Cloud works for Auto Cloud as well, so turning it on in any case is probably a good idea as long as your game isn't autosaving so many times per minute as to cause a race condition or something.

Some games not let me delete savefiles on main menu and because of that games have full steam cloud and dont want to create new or delete existing in the cloud...

They do its in the explore save data menu I'd tell you the short cut but backlash from 2016 says it's alt-f4 to bring it up lmao 🤣

Users should have a power to make manual cloud saves. I am also confused that when I downloaded a game to my PC it had my steam deck save, but now they won't sync.

Please implement a free cloud sync method for not supported games! Mostly its just a diretory to sync. Please support non-steam-games too. Give us the ability to select a directory in properties dialog to sync this directory to other enabled instances.

This feature is now available for devs for almost 2 years now ... why on earth noone is willing to support that considering, that we have now millions of Steam Decks and its clones in the players hands. Why is even steam not giving a badge for having this implemented? It could be also a part of "Steam Deck verified" badge.
