Can I submit a game that has already released in 2020 or is this only for games that have pending releases?

Are there any restrictions on the kinds of games that can participate? Like, if I'm making a game with mature content (sexual in this case), would it be acceptable?

My game is supposedly not eligible to be placed in the festival. Is this because I have profile features limited. If this is the case, how do I get past that?

Hi Alden! Our upcoming game is going to have Steam Workshop compatibility. Will releasing the demo activate the game's Workshop for the duration of the Festival or can that only be done with full releases?
