Hello and welcome to the official group for Australia Official #1 | Wiped 28/6 [rustinpeace.com.au]

Server updates are posted here regularly via the announcements. General Information about Rust will also be discussed. Feel free to create your own topics for people to discuss.

Be sure to join our TeamSpeak server. Here you will be able to talk to admins about any in-game issues you are having, or just talk to other players on the server. We will also be allowing clans to create and admin their own private channels.

Community input is important for us, so before changes are made to the server we will discuss them here. Depending on what is being discussed will determine whether a poll is conducted, leaving the choices in the communities hands.

Any suggestions you have for the server can be made here. These can be regarding the way we run the server, or an idea for a friday night event. All ideas are looked at and taken into consideration

Rust In Peace - Server On Vacation [PLEASE READ]

Australia Official #1 (Rust In Peace) is currently no longer avaliable to play on. We have decided after the recent events that we will be taking a break for around 1 month.

This is not the "death" of the server, we will be back. Bigger and better! :)

I am very sorry to everyone that was looking forward to the wipe today, but we have an alternative, and a very good one at that.

During our servers absence we will all be looking for a new server to play on. Having great admins and a good community is essential for a server to succeed, which is why we are recommending everyone to come play with us at playingrust.com(wiping at 7pm aest on 1/7/14).

to join playingrust.com type the following into your console(f1), excluding quotations. "net.connect 119.252.189.31:29295"

I personally know the owner of the server, and I know for a fact that hackers/exploiters are banned very quickly, which you dont find on many other servers! The owner, Sp1innak3r, and his admin team are always up for a chat if you have any issues server related.

Thanks to everyone who played on Rust In Peace and continually supported us wipe after wipe. Remember that this is not a final goodbye, we will be back, so keep an eye out for announcements posted on this steam group.

Hope to see you all on playingrust.com tomorrow (1/7/14) at 7pm aest with me, and get ready for carnage because it's WIPE TIME.

Notice - Server down until monday

As you may already know, we had a security breach on the 28/6. A group of 5 people gained access to the servers rcon password. We have all of their details and they will be sent to the owner of streamline where we will discuss the issue in more detail and work out a solution to the problem.

As a result of this incident, the server will be shut until Monday 30/6. We are very sorry for any inconvinence this has caused you. Updates will be posted here regarding the servert once we speak with streamline and everything out.

Thanks to everyone that has provided information/evidence of what happened. Again we are very sorry for what these people did.
