Society of Retired Battle Cephalopods

I just needed a group to help me keep in touch with people outside of games, and Discord and I have a rocky history. We're open to friends or friends of friends

The rules are basically this:

1. Don't ask me to choose between you and another friend. You'll lose.

2. Respect each other.

3. Everyone has been shaped by different forces, life experiences, events, and people. You're going to disagree sometimes. That's a learning opportunity, not an excuse to vilify someone.

4. So please try to keep politics and religion and current events to a minimum, and if you must comment, imagine how someone who disagrees will feel before you hit enter. You can always make a private channel (I think?)

5. If I need to enforce rules, the only fair option is going to be to act against all participants in the unpleasantness equally. Let's not make that necessary.
