First Method

If you are looking for someone to play with quick. You can join our chat room. for quick invites and quick responses.Since everyone is running steam while they play they will be able to get notifications(if they are on the chat room too) even if they are in-game.

Second Method

This method is similar to posting a thread on facebook groups. All you need to do is subscribe to the Looking for Playmates discussions and you'll get notification everytime someone comments on it. So its fast and easy to look for squads now. If you find it annoying you can always unsubscribe to that discussion :)
