🩸 Nox 94 — Bound Order 🩸

NBO94

Bound by Will. Remade by Order.

---

Nox 94 — Bound Order is an organization personally ruled by Zerissa S.

Operating beneath the wider authority of V̅I̅X̅LXV Velkharis Maidens, NBO94 maintains its own identity, personnel, cities, insignia and internal structure.

Its doctrine is centered around:

• Selection
• Domination
• Transformation
• Assimilation

NBO94 does not believe that individuals, bodies or societies must remain in the form in which they were found.

Strength may be preserved.

Useful qualities may be cultivated.

Weakness may be removed.

What cannot serve in its existing form may be remade.

---

Zerissa S. is the direct ruler of NBO94.

Her authority over the Bound Order exists alongside her position within V̅I̅X̅LXV Velkharis Maidens.

Within Velkharis, she remains part of a greater hierarchy.

Within NBO94, she stands at the top.

---

The Order is associated with dark, futuristic and decadent environments shaped by authority, control and transformation.

Black, red and green form the central visual identity of NBO94.

Its territories, personnel and internal structures may vary greatly between worlds, but all remain connected to the same authority.
