Honestamente, eu tenho a impressão de que a perda de pacotes é geralmente culpa dos provedores de serviços de Internet (ISPs, para a sigla em inglês de Internet service providers). Se este for o caso, não há nada que você possa fazer a não ser convencer seu provedor a corrigir seu problema (muitas vezes uma tarefa assustadora) ou mudar de provedor (infelizmente não é uma opção para muitos).

Teste todo o seu hardware. Tente conectar seu modem (ou de onde quer que sua conexão Ethernet venha) diretamente ao seu computador, se possível. Se isso o consertar, tente substituir seu roteador ou placa sem fio. Você pode tentar usar um cabo, placa de rede ou computador diferente.

Se isso não o corrigir, provavelmente está no fim do seu ISP, e ele precisará corrigi-lo. Você deve tentar chamá-los, deixando-os saber seus problemas e o que você tentou, e rezando para que eles façam algo sobre isso.

Honestly, I have the impression that packet loss is usually the fault of Internet service providers (ISPs, for Internet service providers). If this is the case, there is nothing you can do other than convince your provider to fix your problem (often a daunting task) or change providers (unfortunately not an option for many).

Test all your hardware. Try connecting your modem (or any other location where the Ethernet connection originates) directly to your computer, if possible. Try replacing the wireless router or card. If that doesn't solve the problem, you can try using a different cable, network card, or computer.

If that doesn't fix it, it's probably at the end of your ISP, and they'll need to fix it. You should try to call them, letting them know your problems and what you tried, and praying that they do something about it.
