Hi all!

After taking feedback from the community, we have made some fairly large changes to the rules for trading with scammers on this site.

Summary of the changes:

- We will no longer ban for trades with "obvious scammer alts"
- We will no longer ban for trades with backpack.tf-banned users who are not marked on Steamrep
- We have modified ban durations to allow for harsher bans for more expensive items traded
- We will no longer ban for gambling with scammers
