"server is enforcing consistency for gameinfo.txt"
I tried every thing that says the solutions to try to fix it but i still cant get into l4d2 center game, i restarted my game, made sure nothing was wrong in game info, uninstalled all addons and it still wont work

It's either an addon, or a modified file. There is no other reason. If you disable all addons, and verify integrity of the game cache, it should be fixed
