If you are using an AMD GPU with a Quest 2 or 3 over link and having issues like blurriness, stutters, controller tracking glitches, etc. Read this for a possible explanation: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/amd-amf-and-gpu-encoding-issues-and-discussion-notably-for-vr.443275/ I would recommend trying your headset with Virtual Desktop, Link, Air link, and Steam Link, as well as changing the bitrate and codec on your chosen app if applicable. Unfortunately, after spending dozens of hours troubleshooting over the span of a few years, the only change that fixed my issues was changing to a current-gen NVIDIA GPU. Your mileage may vary.

PSA: For PCVR (Link) with a Quest 2 (and likely 3) I would avoid AMD GPUs. Most current AMD cards tend to produce a worse experience in VR compared to their NVIDIA counterparts, primarily due to the worse encoders present on AMD hardware but also because of other factors like driver support (or lack of it.) I have personally dealt with years of unfixable issues making VR near unplayable, all of which completely disappeared right after getting an NVIDIA GPU. (Your mileage may vary.)
