The servers are down cause idling isnt interesting anymore since VALVE stopped case-dropping on non-valve servers.

1-3. Ofc the same as every other servers -> Valves random drop system ^^

There is no step-by-step manuel possible for a RANDOM drop system by valve. U cant bypass or whatever....

For everyone out there whos having a problem with dropping a case, remember that to be aligable for case drop you have to get your item/graffitti drop first:)
