Same... I like the new outliner too and how they've grouped stuff on the left as well.

With all the DLC, it just feels like a living galaxy, even if all of it doesn't come into play.

I love all the changes in the last update, can't wait to see the DLC in action once I get that far.

I played it to death when it first came out on Epic, but like Tragic, I've moved on to other games. I don't think it's as good as Xcom2 though as I still like to fire that game up and play it.

I need more playtime, but it has a bit of many 4x hex TBS games (Civ, AOW, FE). They do have a demo, but I'm note sure if it's updated with the 1.0 release.

The ability to terraform tiles and use edicts with your hero in battles is a nice touch, upgrading say, arrow tips by sending a worker to mine silver and some other different systems has me still interested in digging further into the game. The tutorial is well done and I found it easy to pick up and learn the game.

I would love to see Rob do another LP since the release.

Release is today, I've been following this game since it was announced and I am amazed at how far it's come. Time to dig in and support this developer.

I just started playing Millennia this morning and I'm enjoying it so far. Lots of interesting decisions to make and it feels fresh to me. I don't get the negative reviews for graphics, looks fine to me and although the combat isn't super graphical, I actually like seeing my units fight. Looking forward to playing more.

I need to get back into it soon. I just stared another Pandora run ;)

I'm so happy they are still supporting/releasing DLC for this game.

Some of the base game campaign missions are problematic because of the later changes to how diplomacy works. AI players that are supposed to be neutral towards you until a specific event triggers may have their relationship altered by the Diplomacy system, which can throw you into wars that the scenario hasn't accounted for and which kinda break the missions.

The DLC campaigns are better made. Especially the Shakarn one. The Oathsworn campaign then leads directly into Empire mode and you get to keep the character from that campaign for your empire.

This game is my favorite AOW game, I love the futuristic sci-fi theme.

I'm having an absolute blast so far. Everything from how beautiful the game looks and runs, to the sounds, to the fantastic game play. I'm only about an hour into the campaign, but I am pleasantly surprised at how awesome this game is so far.

I'm waiting on Zephon as well. Stellaris is still my favorite 4x space game and has kept me from GCIV.

I took the discounted price and purchased the SN version. They have done a lot of improvements since I last played. Just started, but from the new intro movie to all the QoL improvements, the game is much more streamlined and immersive than it was several months ago.

Definitely looking forward to playing more.

Actually.. I'm not seeing the same UI updates in GC4 vanilla that I see in Rob's GC4:SN video. I didn't dig too deep... but I think for now, I'll go back to GC3 and circle back at some point later down the road.

The Steam key thing is a nice gesture, but I still have to pay $16. Maybe I'm just being an old grumpy man, but it still doesn't sit right with me.

I have had a lot of fun with GC3 and I'm looking forward to Sins 2, so hopefully at some point GC4:SN will be a great sequel to GC3.
