For civilized EU Dota games

This groups is intended for pubstack or inhouse (if possible). You just invite the players who are in chat channel to play a game together and rest assured to play the game comfortably because they are approximately in your skill level and having good manner.



Requirements :
1. Good manner please. Feedback and advice are okay, but flaming , badmouthing, or any communication abuse are unacceptable.

2. MMR must be in range of 3750-4250 when joining. Slight MMR drop or rise (about 200) after joining is still acceptable in group. Large deviation (about 500) from MMR range means you can leave the group for our good.

3. Communicate in English only

4. For casual-serious players. The default mode is All Pick. You can try any hero or any build or any strat as long as you have good justifcation for it, still follows the basic role of game, and of course have intention of winning the game.



All the requirements above are flexible except point 1. If the players are okay with non-English speaking, or the party want to queue in -CM or -CD, or member or party want to invite noob or pro in the party etc they are all okay as long as the rest of party agree. But, good manner is mandatory.
