Additionally, is there anything done to denoise pricing of very low-volume skins? e.g. there are other equally rare knives with fewer than five sales all-time. How is the pricing calculated for such items? Does it take older prices into account, or just use the most recent - or a combination, with recent prices given higher weight?
I would try to work it out by testing, but don't really want to wait through 7 million cases 😄.
For example price of StatTrak Navaja Knife | Ultraviolet (Field-Tested) is $107.31, and there are missing prices for Factory New and Well-Worn of the same item. Currently now script is predicting that their prices would be next:
Factory New = $709.54
Well-Worn = $116.59
as item price. I think I'll fix it later and make it able to grab prices for only items which have at least X sell listings at the moment.
