How are people going to communicate for events/grouping? Just typing or does anyone use VoIP apps?

Please feel free to start discussions to coordinate groups for any games. If any one is interested, I also play Tera and The Secret World and I have Rift, GW1 and GW2 but I haven't really gotten into those.
