You can add notes/comments to bundles on-site using the text area at the bottom of the page. These notes are then forwarded to bundle editors via Discord.

You can't send multiple offers to a user. "Multi-user offers" are a different feature; send an offer to "no particular user" and it sends it to anyone who matches your specified conditions.

Send offers, activate what you receive, and if your offers are declined ask for feedback.

I'm not saying that high-value/unbundled offers right off the bat won't make someone skeptical, but in my experience "no rep" isn't a reason not to trade with someone (they can always go first). My offers from new users are declined more because the offers they send aren't worth it to me.
