I just want to be clear about some things regarding this group.

* Do NOT ask myself or Wuvs (our other trainer) to endorse you until you have "graduated." This program was designed to take around 4-6 months.

* This is NOT a middleman training group. We are only doing community administrator/moderator training. This is about online community management, not middlemanning.

* Participation in this program does NOT guarantee a staff position at any site.

* Participation in this program DOES NOT mean that you can do "staff" activities on sites such as middlemanning, making calls about scam reports, or speaking on behalf of a site UNLESS you are already an approved staff member of that site.

Violation of these may mean a warning or permanent ejection from the program, as well as possible other consequences.
