"As the Commanding Officer of the Star Trek Online division it is my honor and privilege to assign Petty Officer 1st Class Kwvin as the Executive Officer of the Star Trek Online division. Furthermore, I think a promotion to Chief Petty Officer is due for Kwvin, his activity is maintained very well, he has made very significant contributions to the fleet, and replies to the Roll Call on time. This assignment was authorised in tandem, per my personal request, by the Office of the President.

Let us congratulation Kwvin in his new assignment!"
