The main issue currently is the lack of squad formation, and so not many people are motivated to play.
Any suggestions on increasing the rate of squad formation are appreciated; all I can recommend is add people from the group to your friends list, add them on Skype, and idle in Teamspeak.
Please take the initiative to form a squad.
