Notification Bell
The notification bell has suffered a lot from the UI update it seems. We cant see the amount of notifications anymore, there are suddenly notifications for game sales which I cannot find a setting for to disable them and they show (just like in the Steam App) old - already handled (even days old) notifications ... not in the sense that they show in the history when you click on the bell but they are the reason why the bell lights up again.

- Setting to disable notifications for game sales
- Add a button to the popover that lets us 'mark all as read' without needing to 'view all' first
- Alternatively, each notification item has a green icon on it when it's new - let us click those to 'dismiss' individual notifications
