Report a translation problem
So I think your issue is that while it seems like you are still in beta, you are actually in the new default Steam client. That is, unless when you opt out of the beta the Interface tab in Steam Settings says "Steam Beta Update" in the dropdown list. If that's the case, then my only advice is to uninstall/re-install Steam. When you re-install Steam, it should default back to the non-beta client.
There's no going back to the old GUI, everyone gets the new one now
