Bring back the old notifications.

No more number or types of notifications in client window.

Notifications page has the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile app look where every category is merged together and its hard to tell what's new and what is read. No number of unread messages per forum post here either.

I don't need wishlist notifications... (I guess I'm being picky with this one since you can filter them out. Needs to not trigger the notification bell though.)

Edit: When you click to go to the notifications page and click on one of them, the others appear as though they have also been read. (even though I never clicked on them) Big no no..

I like how it looks at a basic level, but it really needs the option to choose what notifications you want, and for notifications to at the very least be categorized so it's not such a confusing cluster of spam.

Notifications is why i refuse to update my mobile app and now they threaten desktop too with that trash system.

Lots of bugs right now. Like:
- Green icon turns grey (like you read it all) as long as you press on it, even if you don't proceed to notific. page and you don't read it.
- Everything is marked as read after you only read one of those (clear bug, doesn't happen every time).

An even better option would be the notification filters, it makes sense that they merged everything, but if we could get a toggle option for certain types of notifications, that would be great.

There is a settings button in the notification page saying "coming soon", so I believe a filter is coming.

Yes please. Removing the very handy numbers on the bell was dumb as heck.
And also the stupidity of the bell going grey if you click on it to see what notification you got, even without click ANY of the new things.

Would also be nice if they kept the names of the profiles that had new comments instead of just saying "a profile you subscribed to"

I know I'm subscribed to it, that's why I'm getting the notifications.

I mean I actually like these new notifications
especially getting notifications about sales on my wishlist
but yeah they need to make it less cluttered together
and you need to be able to customize them in some way
after that maybe add back the number on the bell, fix a couple bugs and its perfect

I think its a overall improvement but right now in beta its just not even close to finished

I also think that new notifications are lame.

• The comment notifications page was extremely useful, now it's gone.
  
• Notifications could be grouped somehow.
  
• It's hard to understand which notification is read and which is not.
