How to get access Steam Client, and to my games?

Hi,
I've just reset my PC and want to download the Steam Client so I can play my games again. But I can't find any Steam Client page. Can somebody point me to where it is?

Additional details:
I still have games on my desktop, but when I click them, I'm prompted to login, but the login feature won't accept my email address &/or password. I've tried changing them, but the result is still the same even though I've used this email address and password hundreds of times before I reset my PC, but now it suddenly doesn't recognize it.

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LENGTHY TEXT!.... But I do need help, and I thank you deeply for anything you can add or say that'll help me get access to playing my games again!

On the main page of the store, there is a green button in the top right of the website. It says "Install Steam". The button will lead to the same page as the link I just posted.

Steam Log In requires an account_name and password, not email.

resetting Windows ALWAYS broke ALL non-windows (embedded) installed apps, not only steam and games - just don't do it. Use backup your data and clean install
