i cannot change my email because this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ site keeps saying we cannot verify your captcha. wtf am i supposed to do if it wont let me send them any messages

I'd wait a bit and try again, if you just tried it right now we just had Tuesday maintenance and stuff doesn't work right during that time.

ive been trying all day. this site is so ♥♥♥♥ it needs to take an entire day of maintenance?

Maintenance only usually last a hand full of minutes if things go right about at the end of the workday (for the most part) but with maintenance comes more problem than fixes usually.

If you were trying on the Steam client try Steam on your web browser, clear cache, etc (but that doesn't mean it isn't something on Valves end). If the problem persists you can try the Help and Tips forum or https://help.steampowered.com/en/
