Library UI - Stop showing things I don't own
It used to be that if you deleted a free to play game it left your library permanently, unless you reinstalled it. Now I'm seeing a bunch of free to play games that i've played, and some I simply downloaded then deleted later, without playing.

It's annoying to see these games that: I don't own, and I deleted for a reason.

You can hide them if you want. I, and a lot of other people have always wanted to keep f2p games in out libraries after uninstalling

I can respect that being a matter of choice, and I'd happily support an OPTION to retain -previously owned games or -uninstalled free to play games.
But by that same notion, I would like to see an option, and I'd suggest it being default given the previous version of the library was like that, to ensure uninstalled games that you don't own, free to play or otherwise do NOT appear in your library.

I can't help but just see it as useless bloat. Bloat I don't want to navigate through in this new UI and bloat I have to manually hide one by one, because of the new Dynamic Category system.

Having to hide each one individually is a fair point. A checkbox in the options would definitely be the ideal solution here to please everybody

I agree with you, in the meantime you can categorize by tag, and search "free to play" then hide all the games that get listed. Should make it a tiny bit less tedious.

I've had games that I neither played or downloaded in my library. Life is Strange being one of them, which I even placed on the "ignore" option in the store and still had it pop up in my library.

Have you tried right clicking it and selecting hide game, or is that what you meant?

I have hid them but I shouldn't have to hide them in the first place. And no, i meant the "ignore" option in the store page of the game, it was my way of saying of just how little interest I have in a game that still popped up in my library, it wasn't the only one I can assure you, TES Legends also showed up for some dumb reason

You can go to: Account Details > View licenses and product key activations > "Remove" the game you don't want to see appear in your library.

Some of use want to see said f2p game in our library. I hope they don't take them away again.

The games are attached to your account with a purchase history.I had to go through my purchase history yesterday for an hour just to remove all the free-to-play games.

You can hide them, i think that games F2P in library is a cool stuff because you don't need go to the store to download them again

This is not a solution to a problem that had already been solved before though.
Free to play games used to disappear, I'm not slogging though my purchase history just to find a bunch of games I have no interest in to remove them from my library.
