Disable controller support for certain games

The control support/mapping messes up games with native controller support (Black Ops 2), and I was wondering if you could disable it on a game-by-game basis.

In the Manage Game section of a game, under the Steam Controller section, there should be a Controller Option tab. There is an option that you can uncheck called "Use Steam Configuration for Non-Steam Controllers". This can be done on a game by game basis.

Also, do you have a controller plugged in while navigating Big Picture?

Just looked in big picture and couldn't find it either. Using XB1 controller

Just to clarify, are you using the latest Steam Beta build?
It should be under the Manage Game section of any game in your library.

Just to be sure, the said option only appears in Big Picture Mode, and that too when you have a controller connected. Unplug/ unpair controller, and the option goes poof.

On latest version in BPM. Can confirm no such option appears when a generic controller is connected.

Alright, to clarify.
I'm assuming you're all in the Steam Client Beta.
Under the Controller Settings in the Settings Menu, make sure that Controller Configuration for your desired controller is on (the box is checked).
Go to your Library, choose a game.
Go to the game's Manage Game menu.
Under Steam Controller should be Controller Options.
Uncheck "Use Steam Configuration for Non-Steam Controllers"
The menu should look like this:

Doesn't appear for me. Using a HORI GEM PAD EX through the Generic Xinput configurator. And yes it's enabled.
