STEPS
steam starts updating a game (king arthur ii)

RESULTS
steam beta shows half of the actual download speed

TRIED
-netmeter shows the real values which is double of the figure displayed in steam
-stopping the update results in no network traffic (netmeter again) -> updating didnt share the bandwidth with anything

steam to show real dl value
