With today's update, though we're still not quite where we'd like to be just yet, and though we are getting closer, we're significantly making up for a lot of the content we lost with the initial shutdown of the original server. Obviously, this is significant for the server as a whole, however, with tons of new player models, jobs, wands, a new main temporary map (not yet our coming custom map), and more, this particular update will bring a ton of value back to V.I.P., as well as Prestiging.

As promised in the last announcement, we are here with the first-ever official map progress update in regard to our currently in-development custom map "Starbright University of Magic". Combining elements of Mythology, Magic, and even a splash of Sci-Fi, we're hoping to bring an immersive and expansive new home for our server to reside. Howdy, gamers! Happy Birthday, and Happy Halloween!

As of today, Star by Star Gaming will have now reached the ripe old age of 7 years. As we have in previous years, we're going to be celebrating our birthday over the course of a week with daily events that will reward various prizes. Some of which will be and are already scheduled, and have already been or will be announced on the forums. Today is also Fail RP day on the server, so the rules will be relaxed and our gamemakers will be hosting random events on the server today. Both the Halloween event and Fail RP day will end tonight at 11:59 PM CST, so don't miss out! With Halloween just around the corner, we're ringing in this exciting holiday by bringing the spooks, special events, and exclusive limited-time items! You will be able to obtain two limited-time items for this year's Halloween events, one being the first obtainable magic staff on the server, known as the 'Staff of the Dead', and a spell simply called 'Jack-o'-lantern'. These items will only be obtainable during this time and there's a chance they may never return, so don't miss out!
