By turning off that crash handler you should disable alert as well.
I think you can do that by editing ini file (it's ether called dxgi.ini or dinput8.ini) and should be line in it that says UseCrashHandler=true, all you need to do is change true to false.
Of course if you get any problems in future related to crashes you gonna need to reenable this back because that is also what generates logs for you to post on these forums for Kaldaien to look at, otherwise I don't see need for you to have it enabled.
Hope this helps.
That's why I chose such an iconic and alarming sound for it. If you're playing a game where crashes happen a lot, you can disable the crash handler... in fact you probably should because it sounds like these are crashes I wouldn't be able to fix anyway.
Under normal operation, if you hear that sound, you'll find diagnostic information in Documents\My Mods\SpecialK\Profiles\<Game Name>\logs\crash\<Timestamp>\*.log (or logs\crash\<Timestamp>\*.log if using the version of Special K that installs to your game's directory).
How can I clear all config files? I've removed some, that were in game's directory, should remove all cfg files in my documents as well?
