You could try the command mentioned in this comment. If that doesn't work then you have a manual way of installing the mod without the installer that is mentioned in the tweak guide above.
Edit: good advice that. i advise keeping this comment for others to "quick travel" to that area of the comment section
I am not sure I follow you. Is the issue solved for you or not? Reason I'm asking is because the below quote of yours IS NOT a part of a manual installation. It can only occur when trying to install FAR through the automatic installer.
I did, however manage to get it working though the manual installation. apologies for the confusion

The automatic installer is a bit weird on occasions. Sometimes you need to hit Install twice and other times you need to run the following command in CMD/Run to clear Internet cache:
But that's besides the point, I'm happy to hear that the manual instructions worked
