I just tried it again - i have x360ce working. Then i unpack the SK_FFXV in to the folder and BAM - my controller isn't working anymore. :/
Also one thing to mention i guess is that when i start x360ce to check for settings or whatever no controller loads in the UI. I think it has something to do with the dxgi.dll but i have no clue :(
Even when i active "Rehook Xinput" it's not working after a restart. (I have to disable Haptic UI Feedback because else i get an error because it's activated and creating a feedback loop...)
What can i do?
Steam itself has overrides and settings for gamepad compatibility now so that would be my suggestion to start with, if all else fails disabling mouse and keyboard input via SpecialK could work as well and force input for the gamepad only. :)
That would be these two to true:
[Input.Keyboard]
DisabledToGame=false
[Input.Mouse]
DisabledToGame=false
Or from within the game and the SpecialK on-screen display and menus and it's input category of settings I believe would have checkboxes for this corresponding to the config file names.
As for moderators and admins, way back when Kaldaien started this subforum a few users got promoted as a way to be more easily recognizable, I think that's in the old 0.7.x main topic for SpecialK.
(I was a bit confused when that suddenly happened before I read the post Kaldaien made about it.)
You have my respect sir!
