Press it? It works by default, you would have to change some obscure settings to force it to not do anything.

You sure you haven't mistakenly hit some key combo on your keyboard that disabled the key instead? My keyboard, for example, has a sort of "lock WinKey" key in the top right corner that I occasionally mistakenly hit.

After I installed SK_Persona4_120 my windows key stop functioning in game
Is there any way to get it work again?

Oh... that's my bad :)

That was a very recent change I made to fix Resident Evil 3.

Here's a version of dxgi.dll with that problem fixed, I'll release this officially in a while.
