Does anyone know how to make a script that spawns cheese every second?

I saw someone do this on YouTube, but the person who did it never provided what script they used. Does anyone know how to spawn cheese every second? Please help.

Have a look at this sample script[www.creationkit.com] from the Creation Kit Wiki. You will need to create a spell that throws cheese and further adapt the script to your likings. I haven't tried it, so I don't know if it really could work.
