It seems the Fallout 4 launcher already incorporates the Data Files utility, which can be used to activate your plugin files and adjust load order.


1. To access this utility, first update your Fallout4Prefs.ini file (located in MyDocuments/MyGames/Fallout4/Fallout4Prefs.ini) to add the following line under the [Launcher] heading:

The Fallout 4 Script Extender, or F4SE for short, will be a modder's resource that expands the scripting capabilities of Falout 4. It will do so without modifying the executable files on disk, so there will be no permanent side effects.
 
The xSE team has returned to try our hand at the next great Bethesda game. We have produced the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE)[skse.silverlock.org], New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE)[nvse.silverlock.org], Fallout Script Extender (FOSE)[fose.silverlock.org], and originally the Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE)[obse.silverlock.org]. We can't wait to help produce tools for the best mods for Fallout 4.
 
Now that Fallout 4 is released in the US we have started our work. We'll keep everyone informed as to our progress.

• Register for the contest here and receive your free Steam code for the Rekoil map-making mod tools HERE[forums.rekoil.com].
  
• Upload your map to Steam via the Steam Workshop before midnight PST on March 7th, 2014 HERE.

1. "Dwarven Pride - An Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Quest"
The quest will have you journeying deep under the ruins of Nchardak to a Dwarven prison complex and laboratory. Satar-Dan is a very angry Dark Elf living by the shores of Tel Mithryn with the ghosts of his dead ancestors. Who wouldn't be angry living next to a wizard with his bumbling apprentices? If you pester him enough, he might just give you something in an effort to persuade you to leave him be.

2. "The Tower of Nchunak"
A Dunmer researcher has discovered an ancient Dwemer tower located towards the southern coast of Solstheim where few have dared to tread for centuries. After a research accident, the ruin's defenses lept back into action and the research slowed to a stop. Will you help uncover the secrets of the Tower of Nchunak?

3. "Guild Outposts - Dragonborn Edition"
This mod adds 3 completely new designed guild outposts to the island of Solstheim. All are navmeshed (follower friendly) and unique cluttered. The Dark brotherhood sanctuary even involves a quest to find out what happened to the other brothers of the sanctuary.
