Music Playing Lute/Flute

I have the lute and flute idles laid down, and the animations work, BUT no music. Is there a way to get the music and the animations to work together?

At the other hand, I think (at least) playing the lute is restricted to a few voicetypes, since it is often accompanied with singing. So, maybe using an NPC with the voicetype of one of the known bards might solve your problem.
