• Competitively I think most of us were let down by our results mid-sesason, but the strong majority of the team enjoyed the social aspects of 2w.
  
• The players who should be attending the map reviews the most are exile (15), Daffodil/rebite (12), and Fallen Lord (9). My boy Niko Jims (1) voted for himself but he was probably there the most.
  
• The map opinions fall in line with whether or not we won anythign those weekends.

• Cinder is the most qualified to lead next season.

We need a way to improve our teamwork
probably need a co-leader with a voice of reason, someone to digest harsh criticism and relay it in a productive manner.
Try to take scrims/map reviews and anything else that can be helpful serious. Communicate with each other, practice DM, pay more attention to whats going on in the game. Be more aggressive and assertive. I think this team can be very good if everyone plays to their best potential.

Don't tilt. Also voted for myself cause I don't think anyone currently has the motivation, time, experience, and/or willpower to lead or at least isn't showing it right now, not because I think I am qualified, nor would I lead.
