Rule List:
1. Don't be a dick.
2. Safe zone is 3000m from 0,0,0. Any pvp or block destruction in this area will result in an immediate ban. Outside of this range is open PVP. Defend your castle.
3. Block Restriction of 4 refineries/assemblers per grid, Drills/Welders/Grinders are a max of 25.
4. No projectors near asteroids, and don't leave them on.
5. BEACON FRAME on everything. If you don't want it deleted, put a beacon frame on it. It doesn't need to be fully built, just the frame.
6. Periodic cleans of unpowered or un-owned blocks will happen. Name your ship and keep them powered. This is also to help me find your ship should it be lost.
7.Any Ship/Station/Block found parked outside 150km radius from center will be deleted. NO exceptions.
8. Help me help you by naming your ship. On occasion under special circumstances I will help people retrieve their ships from a map. This is far easier to do if you name your ships. Simply get in the cockpit or chair, press K, go to the Info tab and name your ship there.

Block Limits

Ships are allowed to have a maximum of:
- 1 Projector
- 4 Refineries
- 2 Assemblers
- 2 Arc Furnaces
- 4 Spotlights
- 10 grinders/welders
- 9 Small/Large drills
- 1 Earthbreaker Drill
- 10,000 block maximum build size

Timed items:

12 hour restarts - 4AM and 4PM PST with complimentary trogdor
24 hour beacon clean - 12 midnight PST.
4 hour production disable (you can re-enable your industrial blocks immediately after, this is for inactive users)

Server upgrade!

Hello all,

Thanks to everyone for making this one of the best SE servers out there. Unlike many servers open to everyone, you've made this a great place - teaching new players rules, putting up with Alpha, and generally being hilarious.

We're looking to finanace a server upgrade, and are hoping you'll join other players in kicking in to make this happen.

Since you've made this one of the premier SE communities, it has become increasingly popular. As you may have seen, this means that now there is frequently a wait time to get on and lag happens more quickly - with worse effects.

Chuu and I treat this like a second job and do our best to keep the machine oiled. But as we grow and especially with planets coming soon, there's only so much we can do - and so have two options:

1. Put more block limits in place and more rules to reduce lag, or
2. Upgrade the server

We'd like to go with #2 - and that's where you come in. Although we put a lot of hours in, running a server costs money- and we're hoping that all of you who want an upgrade like we do will pitch in. We're looking to raise $160 to finance a badass server with more ram, a bigger player cap, and ultimately, more sweet, sweet sims.
