All the sharp eyed users will point out that we've been running this system for a few weeks now before this announcement. Gold star, here's a biscuit for your troubles.

For all those clueless newmans, what this means is that you won't be finding any core components in boxes or barrels anymore (excluding Metal blades, roadsigns and turret parts) and neither will you need them to craft things. Instead, you'll need to learn how to make the more complex items by either combining fragments found around the map, or finding the objects themselves and researching them at a research table (Either in the PVE town or at monuments. (REAL MEN LEARN AT MONUMENTS!))

On top of this, blueprints database isn't wiped on normal wipe. We're going with either every 2 or 3 months.
