Steam-Redeemable Removed Games

I know this is information that everyone here would appreciate, so I figured I'd post the list. There are currently a few removed games that are available elsewhere, either as a steam key directly from a site or from retail copies of games.

I just stared with physical retail copies that activate on steam, I'll be adding games that have seam keys on specific sites soon.

It's technically not a removed game because it's never been available for purchase directly on steam, though copies of NBA 2K9 require steam.

Seems I forgot Blood Bowl: Dark Elves Edition, I got my copy a year ago from a friend who bought retail, so I can verify it works.

I've only done retail games, not digital downloads that come with steam keys yet. I'll be doing that as soon as I take care of a few issues I'm having with steam if steam support ever gets back to me ^^
