I really don't know what the purpose of this group is so I suppose I'll just use the time to write a thesis on the dynamics of tight knit groups and the way it slowly turns into a cult. So firstly, in these tightly knit groups there are 4 personalities. There is the dominate one, or the leader. This is the person who is the main shot caller, he is often hard headed believing his course of action is the right way. However, due to experience shot calling and often making decisions it gives his calls a bit more legitamacy. Leaders can be overbearing due to their dominate personality,

espically if people don't entirely respect his authority. However, do remember that the leader has probably been doing the shotcalling the longest and is quite good at his job at this point. Then there is the submissive attitudes, these guys are the ones who follow essentially. They are indecisive and inconfident about their ability to lead, thus they follow. They are an essential member of the team, capable of following orders to a T. However, in the case where the submissive personality doesnt accept being submissive, it could lead to conflict, or at worst, a

bad decision. Then there is the heart. The moral support. The moral support is extremely useful in the thick of things. He keeps people sane through an upbeat nature. The moral support is especially important to keeping the group dynamic working, as the dominate and submissive can sometimes get one each others nerves, it is up to the moral support to keep the balance. The moral support is often carefree, happy, and enjoys people's company. Then there is the "guy". You know what I mean. That guy. The guy who just kinda shows up and doesn't really serve a purpose. You know...that guy.... Anyways. Yea thats my thesis on 4 man group dynamics.
