To be honest, not a single RPG server but mine seems to have any balance at all :P
Mine is a extended vanilla experience, making it fast paced with everything altered. ALl other servers (sorry, including this one) is to sit back and spam ammo whilst gaining XP. Nothing really happens lol.

no problem, was not trying to be a dick or anything. i actually like both servers and hope this one is back up soon. vanilla killing floor 2 dose not go down as well once you've had the sweet satisfaction of rpg mod.

and there was always something wrong with this server as well. to be honest i like the balance it was at, but the time it took to pres was FAR too high. especially at pres 30 and up and especially with perks that do not tag effectively by default. i prefer to think of both servers on opposite sides of the spectrum. one too far in one direction and one too far in the other. who knows though, hopefully that may change.

because of that one op weapon the whole server can survive endless (and gain xp they very well should not be able too from all the boss spawns) that is where your problem originates. i even tried using that weapon with other perks and even without the bonus's from having it perked it is still op. irregardless of all that though, im sure if the player count was at max you would hardly find the experience similar.

nobody actually the problem with osg is there simply are never enough people. the higher the player count the more zed health scales. low player count means zeds will always have low health. period. their best bet would be to ramp up the difficulty regardless of player count. which might be a problem down the road but you have to have the player count first before you consider that a problem. also the fact that, because of a certain weapon in the gs arsenal, the perk is op at all times. i hardly think that was done purposefully though, when you consider the fact that the rest of the weapons perform appropriately.
