The Islamic State of Altis and Stratis is a group whose vision is to place Caliph Nunahur Al-Shamikh as the King of Altis. Police, bounty hunters, and unbelievers will dispute the fact that Allah himself proclaimed his divine right to be Caliph of Altis.

☪Miscellaneous Information☪

When playing, if there is not an existing group, please make a group called "ISAS" and make the password "dad." This will make communication easy and uniform.

When buying uniforms, each member should use long sleeved AAF uniforms, a green shemagh balaclava, green vest, green viper harness or other green backpack, and any gun of choice. This is not a requirement, but creates more of a united image when we are working together.

Operation Tajnid

Greetings people of Altis,

While the Caliphate has grown mighty, it has done so at a snail's pace. This operation entails a simple program to expand our ranks.

There are two options:

Recruitment By Friendship

If you have anyone who you know that would be willing to fight for ISAS, then feel free to add them to this group. Brief them on what we are (notably that we are not a REAL terrorist group) and what we want to accomplish. Have them add me on steam as well, any bodies for the cause are useful.

Recruitment By Force

If you have a small group, others from ISAS are on, or I am online then we can approach recruitment the second way: by force. Kidnap unarmed, isolated polo men off of the streets, preferably those who are not in gangs. Bring them somewhere, give them a show, and attempt to recruit them. The ultimatum to give shall be: join us or die.

Through these two methods I would like to expand the group by a dozen or more members so that we may move on to our second phase.
