Dota is all about teamplay. Unfortunately though, very often you find players who ruin the match for the whole team. The best player can destroy the match for you if he solos a full team leaving you in a 4 vs 5. It takes only one person in a team ruin the game. Often these players also then start flaming the whole team blaming them for his fold. It is essentiel that you communicate in a game and coordinate team fights. Nevertheless, many players dont appear to listen to you. Often the most you get is Pings all around you when they feel missunderstood. Some nationalities refuse to speak english to you and instead spam you in their own language. It seems like the only english word they know is "noob".

This group is for friendly players who communicate inside the team. Members of the group shouldnt be flaming their own teammembers, but helping them to play better for the sake of the team.

The group was founded after a game on Octobre 26th 2014 in a game of Dota which had been paused due to a disconnect. Instead of flaming or resuming the game the players decided to talk and exchange.
