Name change/Unlink steam account

Hello i would like to change my faceit name or unlink my steam account from my current faceit account and link it to new one. Im asking help here because i didn't get answers on my tickets.

we can't unlink your steam account, we can change it and we can change your faceit id to
right now due to we are getting spammed and most people seems to send us 10-30 tickets per week. and this effect the answer time.

UPDATE: We dosent allow you to change your STEAM ID
