Enhanced Rust - Rust Vanilla With Faster Gameplay and QoL Improvements.

Speed improvements:
- Mine Nodes, trees and corpses twice as fast without increasing amount of
resources.
- Melee weapons deals twice the amount of damage to buildings.
- Night duration is cut in half, so 7,5 instead of 15 minutes.
- Crafing times is reduced by half, and reduces further while standing near
a repairbench or research table.
- Recycle, Furnaces and campfires process 2 times as fast.

Quality of life improvements:
- Furnace Splitter that automatic splits up food and ore.
- Night Lantern, Lights doesn't consume fuel and turns on at sunset and
turns off at sunrise.
- Can demolish a wall and rotate it for a longer period of time. From 10 to
20 minutes.
- The ability to cook food in furnaces and food can no longer be burnt.
