Facecam streams?

So since I've been sitting up Twitch for the past few days (Nightbot, Twitch alerts, overlay border) I've been debating on doing some facecam streams. Now not every stream will have cam, and I'm not even sure if I should do them in the first place - so that's where your votes come in. Should I do facecam streams?
